I live in montana. I drive to Utah frequently. Every time I'm in town I will take my Lexus gx460 or Lexus rx450h to Lexus of linden for service.. great service technicians and knowledgeable service advisors. When it comes time to buy a new one I'll go to Lexus of linden. Though if they keep the maintenance up it will be a long time until I need to replace the vehicles. They and Lexus vehicles are that good
Just doing routine maintenance and getting an oil change I love that It’s always clean and friendly and they have an upscale place for people to relax and we’re not all shoved in a tiny room. That’s why I like servicing my car at Lexus of Lindon.
I would highly recommend Mike as your sales representative. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and was super friendly! Devin the service manager has been great to work with as well. Great customer service all around! I would recommend this location if you’re in the market for a vehicle!
They were on time, quick, thorough and honest. I love that Lexus recommends bringing it in every six months for a multipoint inspection and action for whatever the vehicle needs, according to you mileage. That wasn’t mentioned this time but I’ve been trained from past reps to be preventative that way. They didn’t try to upsale me on ANYTHING!
I always get good service at Lexus. They are very attentive to me and work quickly so I don’t have to wait longer than necessary. I love that they wash my car when they are finished with it.

Scott Smith was SO incredibly helpful! If you work with anyone here please ask for him. I live out of town and he drove all the way to the car I was looking at because it wasn’t in his location, took SO many pictures and videos for me. He called me and gave me the rundown of all the maintenance history, bells and whistles, etc. I felt like he genuinely cared that I was getting the best.

We bought a 2026 TX 350. Marcel was so easy and fun to work with! He made purchasing a car an enjoyable straightforward experience. He was so knowledgeable about each car and helpful in allowing us to make our decision. He was not pushy and let the car sell itself. We also worked with Nicolas. He was quick, easy to talk to, kind, and well versed in his financing role!
Working with Crystina & Nick was about as good as gets. Straight forward, honest, and very prompt - buying my car here was the best experience I’ve had yet. The car! Lindon was able to locate my preferred color and spec for my NX 350h F-Sport. I love the car and smile every time I drive it.
The staff. Marcel was a wonderful salesman to work with and manager, Keawe, provided great support throughout the sales process.
Cons:

I started my process with Lexus through the Murray location and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I felt completely pushed around and like they cared more about making a deal than actually taking care of the customer.
Thankfully I decided to go to the Lindon location instead — and that completely changed everything.

I have used Lexus of Lindon many times for servicing my vehicles. Prior to this visit I could easily give 5 stars and all 10's in a survey. However, recent changes in ownership have led to some frustrations.
The new phone system that was put in place is absolutely HORRIBLE! A new menu system is in place and it literally took me 8-10 key presses, and over 3 minutes, to finally get to a live person and I was then transferred to someone who never picked up. I waited over 10 minutes on hold and finally hung up.

Scott Smith helped us pick out and buy our Lexus. He is just a genuinely good human besides being knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He worked with us for two days and was amazing. Beyond Scott we had a good experience with the finance department (Tito) and really everyone who worked with us was friendly and efficient. Great place.....would highly recommend.

The people in the service shop have been taking care of me for a long time and always do so in a caring, kind way. I recently needed help pairing my phone with my car and days so during an oil change. They found the right person and got me all set up for Jo additional charge. I was SO happy!

Enjoyed working with the Lexus team, but it was not perfect. Everyone was nice but communication could have been much better. They could have kept us in the loop with regular updates rather than waiting until we asked. Final check out was way slow because the link for a credit application was not working and nobody checked it despite our frequent requests to start the credit application process. So room for improvement to make the process better.

Scott was the best and got the exact car I wanted at a great price. I couldn’t find this car in many different states but Scott was able to get it! Also everything was done over the phone since I don’t live in Utah. So happy with my new car and I would purchase from the dealership again!
