We bought a 2026 TX 350. Marcel was so easy and fun to work with! He made purchasing a car an enjoyable straightforward experience. Pros:
The car! Lindon was able to locate my preferred color and spec for my NX 350h F-Sport. I love the car and smile every time I drive it.
The staff. Marcel was a wonderful salesman to work with and manager, Keawe, provided great support throughout the sales process.

I started my process with Lexus through the Murray location and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I felt completely pushed around and like they cared more about making a deal than actually taking care of the customer.
Thankfully I decided to go to the Lindon location instead — and that completely changed everything.
Wesley Childs and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Professional, honest, respectful, no pressure, and genuinely made me feel valued throughout the whole process. Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Service Department does a great job
I have used Lexus of Lindon many times for servicing my vehicles. Prior to this visit I could easily give 5 stars and all 10's in a survey. However, recent changes in ownership have led to some frustrations.
The new phone system that was put in place is absolutely HORRIBLE! A new menu system is in place and it literally took me 8-10 key presses, and over 3 minutes, to finally get to a live person and I was then transferred to someone who never picked up. I waited over 10 minutes on hold and finally hung up.

Scott Smith helped us pick out and buy our Lexus. He is just a genuinely good human besides being knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He worked with us for two days and was amazing. Beyond Scott we had a good experience with the finance department (Tito) and really everyone who worked with us was friendly and efficient. Great place.....would highly recommend.

The people in the service shop have been taking care of me for a long time and always do so in a caring, kind way. I recently needed help pairing my phone with my car and days so during an oil change. They found the right person and got me all set up for Jo additional charge. I was SO happy!

Enjoyed working with the Lexus team, but it was not perfect. Everyone was nice but communication could have been much better. They could have kept us in the loop with regular updates rather than waiting until we asked. Final check out was way slow because the link for a credit application was not working and nobody checked it despite our frequent requests to start the credit application process. So room for improvement to make the process better.

Needed a new battery for the key fob for my Lexus SUV while on vacation. I found the parts dealer at this location and was quickly able to get what I needed. Love my Lexus and the friendly people who help with anything I need for it!
I’ve been taking my car here ever since I got it. The staff are friendly, pleasant, and provide quick, efficient service. It may feel a bit expensive, but I really like their comfortable and fast service.

The service agent, Mike, did a great job. I'm knocking off a star because I was told it was critical to get an alignment but when I took the car to my long-time local mechanic he said the car did not need it. He said the machines used at dealerships often err. If I'd gone ahead and had the alignment done at the dealership I would have been out nearly $200. So that experience kind of makes me question recommendations I get from the dealership.

The sale was fairly simple as I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales person was new to me but very helpful and friendly. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up and the tech person was very helpful in helping me to get everything set up and operating on the new car. My 2022 RX 450h was in excellent condition so I was disappointed with the low trade in offer. Great service and communication. Great cars too.
Super easy and great to work with. I replaced both coolants in my hybrid and my transmission fluid and got an oil change as well as an emissions test for registering my vehicle. I’d recommend going in the afternoon. They’re less busy.

The customer service is top notch! You can check the progress of your car online, the employees are personable. You can tell they really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Be aware that it is pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for.
